Landscape Relation

(Temporary Translation)

With the entry into force of Decree by the Council of Ministers on December 12, 2005 any request for intervention subject to the issue of so-called environmental permit will be required to be accompanied by a detailed report "landscape" in a manner that expresses the quality of irrefutable 'Intervention with the environmental context of belonging.
The same decree defines criteria and content of the report landscape, making any intervention involving an area bound by the drafting of this document, developed to support project and technical reports that generally already make up the project proposal, will be essential to the assessments Compatibility landscape, aesthetics and decorum of operations.

The report will include landscaping the following minimum technical documentation:

A) prepared analysis:
A. Description, including extracts cartographic, the characteristics and contexts landscape of the area (and panoramic visual quality, presence of elements of degradation, presence of elements characteristic area, etc.).
B. Indication and analysis of levels of protection even in relation to the characteristics of value where they have been established by the planning tools, in the work;
C. Photographic representation of the current state of intervention and of the landscape taken from normal places of accessibility (around environmental);

B) developed project:
In addition to the developed project and technical reports that generally already make up the project proposal must be produced, in connection with the consistency of planned operations, developed the following:

A. Section of the area in an appropriate scale of the extension;
B. Performances of prospectuses and any skylines also extended to buildings contermini in case of assistance placed at points of particular visibility such as squares, along the sea, etc..;
C. Report accompanying grounds that the design choices made in relation to the characteristics of preservation and enhancement of the landscape in what will fit. The project proposal must always justify the size and location choices in relation to viable alternatives;

C) Elements for assessing compatibility landscape:

The items below will be considered more broadens reading, because of greater detail, and should be attached to the speeches of most important urban-building complex (new construction, urban transformations, etc.):

A. Simulation detailed status places following the implementation of the plan made by photo realistic modeling (rendering computerized or manual), including an adequate around the area;
B. Forecast mitigation works both visual and environmental aimed at improving the overall quality landscape of places.

It specifies that the report must portray landscape in full the status of places, seen as landscape context (rural, urban suburban, settlement, etc..), And its object of intervention (understood from the point of view morphological: coastal plain , River, etc..) Before the execution of works and after implementation, and that these indications have the sole purpose of making as much as possible consistent and smooth the work of the technicians responsible for the drafting of these documents and who will then check the rispondenze.
